Renovation of the Sportsman’s Bar and Grill Property on Public Road in downtown Lafayette, Colorado. Originally built as a bank in the early 1900′s the building was progressively remodeled and added on the years and is currently in a run-down state. The new owners of the building plan to refurbish the interiors, update and repair the exterior, replace damaged and inadequate single pane glazing and bring mechanical and electrical systems up to today’s standards. In addition to two new retail spaces the building will house the new Black Diamond Restaurant.

With the help of the City of Lafayette, the owner has obtained a historic Coca Cola sign that will be installed on the south side of the building.
